Recognizing the urgent need, a group of motivated community leaders came together, united by one purpose: to ensure that seniors could continue receiving the care they deserve without leaving the place they call home.

Through determination and collaboration, the group purchased the property and breathed new life into it. Today, Ponca Creek Living stands as a fresh, new beginning for senior care in our community - rooted in local pride and driven by a heartfelt mission.
